Mold illness Treatment Centers
24 % of the US population is genetically susceptible to get very ill from the organisms (mold and bacteria) that grow in Water Damaged Buildings (WDB’s). NIOSH says that 50% of the buildings in America are WDB’s. Southwest Florida has an epidemic of WDB’s since Hurricane Ian! It is likely that 75% of the buildings in SW Florida are now WDB’s, increasing the risk of exposure for those with genetic susceptibility even greater than what it was before Ian.
The CDC says that at least 24 million adult Americans (about 1/10 adults) have COVID Long Haul, or Post COVID Syndrome. The symptoms look exactly the same as CIRS. Testing shows they all have this, too! The result is low metabolism, chronic inflammation, brain and neurological problems, sleep and hormone dysfunction.

We follow the protocol of Ritchie Shoemaker, MD at survivingmold.com. The technical term is Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). Our Medical Director, Alan Gruning, DO, is certified as a Proficiency Partner with Dr. Shoemaker and has been treating CIRS patients for 17 years. He teaches our staff and supervises the care provided by our healthcare professionals.
We provide a thorough evaluation of your condition and can secure limited free blood testing through our partnership with Lee Health. We also have free nasal cultures to check for an organism called MARCONS, which is part of the protocol. We will then prescribe the treatment needed for you to heal. We can provide much of our treatment at no cost, including supplements and medications.
We provide telemedicine visits for those restricted from attending one of our treatment centers due to distance or illness.
We have partnerships with local environmental and air conditioning (HVAC) professionals to help assess your environment and provide assistance with remediation. You will not get well if you continue to live in a contaminated environment. We try to help with that.
