ELIGIBILITY

We are a part of the Florida Department of Health and function as a Sovereign Immunity Clinic.  There are criteria to be a patient with us:

• You must have no health insurance or be on Medicaid and unable to get the services we provide
• You must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (we will help you determine that)

You need to bring a photo ID.  You do not have to be a US citizen.

Our DOH-certified Eligibility Specialists we meet with you upon arrival for your appointment to complete your financial screening and the necessary paperwork.

We have no age limit.  We take care of entire families that are ill.

SCHEDULING A VISIT

You must schedule an appointment to visit our clinic or treatment centers.  We also provide telemedicine services for those not able to attend in person due to distance or illness.  We can screen you over the phone for eligibility and help you locate the closest treatment center.  Follow up appointments must also be scheduled.  Call 239-308-7107.

If you are ill or have been exposed to COVID, please do not come to our clinic or treatment centers. Again, we can do telemedicine visits.

You are responsible to be at your appointment on time or we may have to cancel your visit.

We only provide treatment for those with Mold (Biotoxin) Illness and to those with acute or chronic pain. We do not provide primary care services.

ATTIRE & TRANSPORTATION

Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing.  If you are having therapy, be sure to wear sneakers.  We are a fragrance-free facility so do not wear any perfume, fragrances, colognes, or use strong smelling personal care products before coming to your appointment.  Many of our patients are very sensitive to smells.

We may be able to arrange transportation to and from our clinic or treatment centers on a case-by-case basis. Please call us to discuss your situation.
